It’s worth noting that Mary Magdelene wasn’t actually a prostitute. But Jesus did spend most of his time hanging out with and standing up for the people that no one else would, including prostitutes. Yet another reason why modern Christianity has very little in common with Christ, and why when most Christians start talking about how they follow the Bible, I kind of have to question…which Bible are you reading?
